      It's not the wallpaper on your desktop or mobile. In the stock market sense, the word WALLPAPER refers to useless stocks, bonds, and securities. It all started in 1929 when the Great depression showed his face. Making all investments useless and the papers were good for nothing except for hanging as wallpaper. However, people still collect those items for Scripophily purposes.
